This was my third visit to Capitol Lake Dentistry. The experience has been consistently excellent. Dr. Evans is kind, empathetic and competent. Allison, the hygienist, is first-rate and she offers very helpful advice. The treatment cubicles are pleasant and comfortable. The equipment is up-to-date.

After Dr. Ward and Kelly retired (we had been going there for 25 years), we were referred to Dr. Natalie Evans. My husband and I had our dental cleanings today. From the sensational Dr. Evans and the entire professional front staff to our incredible dental hygienists, Allison and Kristin, this dental office is exceptional, welcoming and efficient. We were seen right on time! Allison is gentle while cleaning my teeth and just the perfect dental hygienist. She explains everything she is doing while cleaning my teeth and she is so thorough, compassionate and professional. Since Kelly always put “numbing gel” around each tooth to decrease any pain, Allison did it for me, too. Hallelujah! I never felt any pain as she used this gentle water pik device to clean the gums and then gave a thorough cleaning of each tooth. My husband and son go to this new dentist, too. My husband had the dental hygienist, Kristin. He wanted me to express his gratitude for her gentle cleaning, understanding and kindness, too. We both were impressed by this entire staff! Staff is friendly & professional. My appointment was over 3 hours long, fillings & crown replacement. Sadly there was a Physical aftermath: bruise left side of chin & 3 small bruises on lower lip, lip skin split at left corner, bleeding gums for 10 days, capable of liquid & soft food consumption. I’m not comfortable with the star system. I could give stars to individuals

My first visit went well. Alison my hygienist was very understanding of my fear of dentists. She explained everything she was doing with good detail. Doctor Evan’s was also very personable and she explained well why she recommended the treatment plan that she did. I will be returning for future appointments.

My dentist recently retired so I needed a new dentist. Capitol Lake Dentistry made the transition seamless! I was so impressed with how much they knew about my dental history before I sat down. They also explained everything they were doing as we went through the appointment. Highly recommended this team!
